The Project Definition Report (PDR) for the George Massey Tunnel Replacement Project is open to public commenting. It includes the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s plan for replacing the George Massey Tunnel. The report includes other plans related to Highway 99 improvements between Bridgeport Road in Richmond and Highway 91 in Delta.

The B.C. Environmental Assessment Office (EAO) will have a public comment period to get feedback on the draft Environmental Assessment for the replacement project. The public commenting period for the Project’s Environmental Assessment is February 15, 2016.
